Wesley R. Segawa
President
Mr. Segawa is the founder and president of Wesley R. Segawa & Associates, Inc. He is a licensed Structural and Civil Engineer in the State of Hawaii where he was born and raised in the small community of Hilo and attended public schools.
Neal S. Fukumoto
Engineering Program Manager
Mr. Fukumoto is a native of Honolulu. He has been with WRSA for more than 25 years, and is a licensed Civil Engineer in the State of Hawaii. In his position, he is responsible for the daily operations of the firm including design, construction management, administration if the firm’s resources and responsible for client relations and satisfaction.
Marc Botticelli
Senior Project Engineer
Mr. Botticelli is a native of Oahu. He has been with WRSA for more than 20 years, and is a licensed Civil Engineer irn the State of Hawaii and California. He manages and engages our technical staff on the Big Island involved with planning, design, and construction projects.
